To get started, please email us at etphelp@cesa9.org.  Please provide us with:

1. Your full name and entity number.
2. Tell us about your current license(s).
3. The license and/or grade band you want to add.
4. Your transcripts.

Once received, we'll schedule an initial meeting with you, a representative from your district (Administrator, Principal, or Curriculum Director), and our Director.  This meeting takes about 30 minutes and is done virtually.
