"This was absolutely an amazing and well-organized program in all aspects. The CESA 9 Excellence in Education Programs were recommended to me by a coworker who got her Special Education licensure through the program & I am so happy that I went this route. I have & will recommend the Excellence in Teaching programs to others looking to get their 1316 or other programs. In addition, the flexibility of doing the program online, with a mix of both synchronous weeks with everyone in the class meeting via Zoom to listen to the information presented, participate in discussions with the teacher and our classmates, and do activities, as well as the asynchronous weeks with all the class material and assignments online for us to do on our own as we had time was perfect in my opinion. In addition, Amy is a wonderful teacher who goes above & beyond to do whatever she can for all students in the program, be available for any questions or concerns as they come up about assignments or coursework (during both synchronous & asynchronous weeks), and also work in any topics that are brought up to make sure that we all understood them as we went.
